Calcium Alert!

You're probably not getting enough calcium.

Getting enough calcium is important for your bones, muscles, and nerves.

Try eating foods that are good sources of calcium such as milk, cheese, yogurt, and calcium-fortified juice. If you don't get enough of these foods, you may want to try taking a calcium supplement (such as TUMS, Viactiv, or a store-brand calcium pill) to help you meet your needs.

Come back and take this quiz again in 2 weeks to check your progress!
