Eating Habits Quiz

 

Good nutrition will help you have energy all day long and will give your body the major nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs. It will also help you stay strong for sports or other activities.

 

Take our quiz to see if you have good nutrition habits!

For each group of statements below, choose one that best describes you:

 

1. Choose one:

I eat lots of treats & junk food.
I diet a lot and don't let myself eat foods that I think are unhealthy.
I eat healthy food most of the time, but I eat junk food once in a while, too.

 

2. Choose one:

I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with snacks in between (3 meals a day).
I skip breakfast, but eat lunch and dinner and snacks during the day (2 meals a day).
I only eat one meal a day.

 

3. Choose one:

I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I am full most of the time.
I don't always eat when I am hungry because I am always dieting.
I eat even when I am not hungry.

I don't think about nutrition and eat whatever I want.
