Not Enough!

 

Your diet is probably too low in fat.

Eating too little fat is unhealthy because your body needs it to absorb certain vitamins and to make hormones.

 

Try adding some healthy unsaturated fat to your diet by adding oil (such as canola or olive), salad dressing (such as Italian, Greek, or oil and vinegar), peanut butter, nuts, seeds, or avocado.
