Too much!
Your diet is probably too high in fat.
Too much fat is unhealthy because a diet high in saturated fats puts you at risk for high cholesterol, heart disease, and obesity in the future.
Cut down on your saturated fat intake by eating less fried foods, fatty meat, butter and margarine, pastries, and high fat dairy foods such as 2% or whole milk, cheese, and ice cream.
When you do eat fat, try to go for healthy unsaturated fats such as olive and canola oils, peanut butter, nuts, and avocados.
