You seem to be eating a low fat diet, but you are probably eating enough fat to keep your body healthy.

 

Keep up the good work! Be sure to keep eating healthy unsaturated fats like olive and canola oils, peanut butter, nuts, and avocados. It's also ok to eat small amounts of saturated fat (like fatty meats, pastries, butter, whole milk, cheese, and ice cream), but don't overdo it!
