The Center for Young Women's Health is proud to announce the 2nd Edition of our "Quick and Easy Recipes for Teens" Cookbook!
Our first edition, published in 2001, was a big hit with teens, who loved the easy & fun recipes. We ended up selling every copy!
This year we were excited to produce a new and improved 2nd edition, so we got lots of great feedback from our teen cooks and expert nutritionists. The result is this wonderful cookbook, packed with many new recipes such as our new ethnic cuisines, and new updated health guides. We have also included ways to "add-in" and "trade-off" ingredients so you can vary your meals.
