You probably know that wearing sunglasses protects your eyes from the sun's harmful rays, but did you know that a good night's sleep and regular exercise keep your eyes healthy too? Read on to find out more ways to keep your eyes healthy.

You should see your primary care provider (PCP) every year for your check up. During that visit let your PCP know if you are having any problems seeing the black board at school or when you're watching movies. Any time you have any problems or symptoms with your eyes, call your PCP who will help you decide if you need to see an eye specialist.
